With a unique blend of legal, artistic, and real estate experience, Stefanie offers clients a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to buying and selling homes. Her journey into real estate began with two years of drafting legal documents at a Seattle law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in the probate process and client advocacy—skills she now brings to every negotiation.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Stefanie honed her eye for design and space creating displays at the largest Anthropologie retail location in the US. This creativity naturally evolved into home staging, where for over a year she has been helping sellers maximize their home’s appeal and value.

Today, Stefanie represents a wide range of properties, including residential homes, condominiums, townhomes, vacation rentals, land parcels, and estates. She is especially experienced with homes in historic districts, where her attention to detail and appreciation for character-rich architecture truly shine.

Stefanie attended Seattle University and graduated with a degree in Fine Arts. Stefanie shares her home with four rescue dogs. She's fostered litters of kittens, rescued countless abandoned puppies, and volunteered at The Horse Shelter. Today, Stefanie is committed to donating 1% of her income from each home sale to local animal rescue organizations.
