Meet Beth

Beth Caldarello is a passionate real estate broker who has been serving the Santa Fe community since 2016. Having grown up in the Sonoran Desert, Beth fell in love with Santa Fe's unique blend of art, history, and culture, making it her home for the past decade. Her love of the local lifestyle, including the vibrant art scene and renowned culinary delights, allows her to connect with long-time residents and newcomers. Beth's extensive knowledge of Santa Fe, combined with her approachable, confident, and collaborative nature, ensures a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience for her clients.

Beth's commitment to excellence is evident through her numerous accomplishments and leadership roles. She is serving as Santa Fe Association of Realtors® (SFAR) 2025 President following her tenure as 2024 President-Elect, 2023 First Vice President, 2022 Director, and 2021 Director. She was appointed the 2023 President of the Women's Council of Realtors Santa Fe Chapter, where she organized outstanding monthly educational and networking events. Recognized for her exceptional service, she was named Realtor of the Year 2022 by the Santa Fe Association of Realtors® (SFAR). Beth is a member of the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Top 1% of Coldwell Banker Brokers Worldwide and she has achieved Top Producer status at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties for four consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024). In addition to her real estate career, Beth is an active member of the SITE Santa Fe Business Council, supporting contemporary art initiatives and the Every Day Free Admission Program. Beth also supports Española Humane Society and Youth Shelters & Family Services, demonstrating her dedication to the well-being of the community's animals and youth.
